Rangeland Monitoring Study

Sustainable Grassland Management: Phase1, Zavkhan, Mongolia

sdgsdgsdgsdg

On this research, we have chosen three different locations, and fenced 9 different spot to measure how much grazing impacts the rangeland condition as well as soil carbon sequestration in the grassland eco-system in. Mongolia Along with the study, we have developed multispectral drone-based tool to assess the health of rangeland condition, as well as AI based tool to assess the livestock counting detection model based on drone imagery. This tool combined with rangeland assessment will serve as Digital Validation and Verification (DMRV) tool for the grassland carbon project.
